Community Styling Session 5/7/26

One of our favorite things that occurs in the studio is when strangers overlap, engage, and connect while shopping. Being in such a small and intimate space, it can be hard not to chime in—for our customers and for us!

This spring, we have decided to make it more intentional by inviting you to our first ever Community Styling Session.


HOW IT WORKS

The idea is for you to arrive with a starting point: a photo that inspires you, an upcoming event that you're not sure how to dress for, a mood you'd like to personify, an item of clothing you already own and love (i.e. it fits well and doesn't need adjusting—but you find you rarely wear it, or wear it often but want to explore more ways to style it).

The possibilities are up to you.

Led by POV Owner Samantha duPont and Studio Manager Annemarie Buckley, the Community Styling Session aims to be a fun, supportive space to try different silhouettes, colors, and proportions. While we are not professional stylists, we LOVE to play and help people express themselves.

THE DETAILS

We will cap the gathering at 8 people so that each attendee can receive a few minutes of focused attention from both us and the group at large. Expect this to be a highly participatory event!

The last hour of the session will be a chance for everyone to try on clothes, play with different looks, explore styles we discussed, get feedback, and hang out. Light snacks and drinks will be provided and purchases can be made. Consider it a dress up night with friends you haven't (yet) met! It’s a great event for solo style seekers or small groups that are happy to mingle.
